Pricing: The prices quoted by Spiros Industries for parts to be sold do not include taxes, custom duties, or other fees. Transportation and insurance costs are also the responsibility of the buyer. The prices are valid for a certain period, but Spiros has the right to adjust pricing at any time if there is a significant change in material costs.
Order acceptance: No purchase order becomes a valid order until acknowledged by Spiros Industries. At time of acknowledgement, Spiros will notify the customer if the price is correct and offer an estimated delivery time. Please note that at time of order acknowledgement, Spiros is agreeing to produce the part as close as possible to the print and/or other information provided by the customer. It won’t be 100% known if a part can be produced to match the information provided until it is actually set up and ran on a machine.
Part design: The part design is the sole responsibility of the customer. Spiros may assist the customer to help produce a better or lower cost product but does not take any responsibility for the performance of the spring in the customer’s application. Spiros industries is not liable for any costs associated with any part they produce that fails or causes damage due to design limitations.
Payment: Payments shall be made in full within the agreed upon time frame. Late payments may result in delays of future orders.
Warranties: If a part is determined to be defective, the customer must notify Spiros Industries within 6 months of delivery. If it is determined by the Spiros Quality Team that the parts were delivered defective, at their own discretion, Spiros will either credit the customer’s account or replace the parts.
