hands-on Quality Manager who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
and wants to play a key role in strengthening our quality systems and
supporting production.
This is a highly visible role where you won’t just manage quality—you’ll actively
shape it.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the Quality Director to maintain and improve our Quality Management System (QMS)
- Support daily production by assisting with product inspection when needed.
- Lead and participate in internal and supplier audits.
- Develop, review, and improve work instructions and quality documentation.
- Perform and manage calibration of in-house measurement equipment.
- Create and submit PPAPs, including IMDS, based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Investigate customer complaints and drive corrective actions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in engineering, Quality, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF standards
- Experience with audits, PPAPs, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, vision systems)
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can work across teams
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)

This role plays an important part in keeping production moving by providing weights, preparing parts, and supporting packaging needs throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Determine approximate part weight (APWs) for production
- Weigh parts and provide scale counts for packaging
- Paint parts as required
- Repack parts returning from outside services
- Support packaging needs across the production floor

Spiros Industries is seeking a Spring Maker to support our manufacturing operations by setting up and running machines that produce precision springs and wire forms.
This role is responsible for setting up and producing quality parts, making adjustments as needed, and working closely with the production and quality teams to meet customer requirements.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate spring coiling/forming machines
- Monitor production and make adjustments to maintain quality
- Perform in-process inspection
- Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement
- Work with team members to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Spring Manufacturing or a similar machining environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read prints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read blueprints
